Block Board is priced per board by thickness and finish, so there is nothing useful to put in a grid. Send us a panel list and you get a price for the boards, the cutting and the edging together.
About block board
Softwood battens glued edge to edge and faced with veneer. The core is solid timber, so a long shelf or a tall door in block board stays flatter than the same span in MDF or chipboard.
Screws hold in the core if you happen to hit a batten, which is not something to rely on. Plan fixings into the faces, or run a solid lipping and screw into that.
The usual choice for tall wardrobe doors, shop shelving and anything that has to span without a mid support.
