Particle Board is priced per board by thickness and finish, so there is nothing useful to put in a grid. Send us a panel list and you get a price for the boards, the cutting and the edging together.
About particle board
Chipboard with a melamine face. The cheapest way to build a carcass that will sit behind a door, and the reason a wardrobe interior costs what it does.
It will not hold a screw in the edge, so use confirmat screws, dowels or a proper knock-down fitting. It swells badly if water sits on a raw edge, which is what edge banding is for.
Comes pre-faced in white and a range of wood decors. We cut and band it in one pass, so panels leave finished.
