Plywood is priced per board by thickness and finish, so there is nothing useful to put in a grid. Send us a panel list and you get a price for the boards, the cutting and the edging together.
About plywood
Cross-laminated veneers, so it holds a screw in the edge where MDF and particle board strip out. Use it anywhere a hinge, a runner or a wall bracket has to carry load.
The face veneer decides what you can do with it. A smooth marine or MDO face sprays well. A rough commercial face wants laminate or a solid lipping over it.
Marine grade uses a water-resistant glue line and is the sensible carcass for a kitchen or a bathroom vanity.
