CNC router
Shapes, cut-outs and routed profiles a saw cannot make.
What it holds
- Cuts from your DXF or drawing
- Curves, cut-outs and pocket recesses
- Repeats identically across a run
- Parts nested into one sheet
What it does
Where a beam saw only cuts straight lines, the router cuts a path. Curved returns, sink and hob cut-outs, shaker profiles, service holes and pocket recesses all come off this machine.
It works from your drawing. Send a DXF and the part comes back as drawn, which matters most on anything that has to repeat: twenty identical curved shelf ends are twenty identical parts, not twenty near-misses.
Nesting several parts into one sheet is done on the machine, so a small run of shaped pieces does not cost a whole board each.
